Meet your expert English-speaking guide at your hotel lobby at 9am and enjoy a pleasant ride to Zhujiajiao, one of the prettiest water villages on the outskirts of Shanghai.
After an hours’ ride you will get to the “Pearl Stream”. Explore its scenic streets, admire its historic houses and unique bridges as you learn about the fascinating history of this small town accompanied by your guide.
After exploring the center, continue your visit at your own leisure. You can take a relaxing cruise along the numerous canals and marvel at the buildings from the water. Or else, you can visit the village’s traditional craft shops.
After a half-day at Zhujiajiao, head back to Shanghai and continue the tour around Duolun Road, one of the main streets in Hongkou District, packed with stores specialized in replica bags and electronics.
At the end of the tour, you will either be dropped off at your hotel or where you wish.
