Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán History
Before becoming the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, this Sevilla FC stadium was known as the old Nervión. It carried this name from 1928 to 1958. It was only on September 7 of that year that it was given its current title.
Built on the site of the old football pitch, and meeting the new demands of the football world, the new venue of Sevilla's club has witnessed them win many games but also cry at their defeats. Fun fact! The Spanish national team has never lost in this stadium, with a record of 20 wins and 5 draws.

The tour of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium will begin at Entrance 2. Did you know that it has a capacity of 43,883 fans? It is part of the top 10 biggest stadiums in Spain, specifically found at number 9.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be able to explore this iconic sports venue at your own pace alongside an audio guide on your phone. Firstly, you'll get to access the Sevilla FC Museum. Its exhibition houses all the trophies achieved by this Andalucian club, including 7 from the Europa League, 5 from the Copa del Rey, as well as 1 from as well as a league title and a UEFA Super Cup.
You can then continue your tour in the anteroom area and the VIP box until reaching the press room. From here, you can head into the changing room, a place where football players gather before the match, during halftime, and at the end of the game. From the changing room, you'll have access to the exit tunnel that opens up onto the pitch. You'll feel like true Sevilla FC footballers!
