Class Details
At the designated time, we will meet up in front of Jongam-ro Street in Seoul to immerse ourselves in the world of Korean martial arts.
Once at the venue where we will enjoy this brilliant Taekwondo class, we will be equipped with the appropriate uniform: the traditional dobok. Then it's time to begin this amazing martial arts experience!
The teacher will first explain to you about the philosophy behind this Korean sport. Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit are the five essential characteristics. During the class, you will discover how these elements relate to self-defense.
Then we will move from theory to practice. We will learn the basic techniques and main movements of Taekwondo with the help of the teacher. Those with more experience can discover how to break a wooden board or a brick in just one move.
We will end the activity by saying goodbye 1 hour later.
