After gathering at the designated point in Seoul, we'll set off on this excursion to Pocheon. Ready to disconnect from the big city?
Once we arrive in Pocheon, we'll head to the Garden of Morning Calm to stroll around its paths and discover the wide range of vegetation. There are over 5,000 different plant species here!
Then, we'll visit an apple farm in Pocheon. Here, you'll uncover the secrets of these delicious fruits and even try some! Of course, if you don't eat them all you can take some home with you.
Afterwards, we'll visit the famous Art Valley. Did you know that many Korean movies have been shot here? This valley was transformed when Pocheon organized an ecological restoration project, and now you can see a beautiful lake surrounded by cliffs, a landscape to fall in love with! Plus, we'll hop on the monorail to explore the area in the best possible way.
At midday, we'll take a break so that you can have lunch on your own at a local restaurant. We'll end the Pocheon tour 9 hours after the start of the activity back at the meeting point in Seoul.
Apple Farm
The activities at the apple farm vary depending on the season. Between July and August, we'll make marmalade or apple tart. Between September and October, we'll harvest apples.
Times and meeting points
Upon making your reservation, you must indicate at which of the following points in Seoul you would like us to pick you up. Please note that the pickup time varies depending on the selected date:
- Hongik Univ subway station (Exit 4): at 8:20 am. Drop-off at this point will be at 7:30 pm.
- Namsan Yejang Public Parking Lot: at 9 am. Drop-off will be at 6:50 pm.
- Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station (Exit 10): 9:10 am. Drop-off will be at 6:40 pm.
