Alsace Wine Route Bike Tour
Bike Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll start our bicycle tour of the Alsace vineyards at the Sélestat Station.
During our tour, you'll discover the surroundings of this picturesque town of eastern France, where you'll ride along a stretch of the Alsace Wine Route. As we pedal, we'll pass the extensive vineyards that characterize this beautiful region, which borders Germany through the Rhine River.
Throughout this bike tour, you'll visit some of Alsace's most beautiful towns, like Dambach-la-Ville, Scherwiller, Châtenois, Kintzheim, and Orschwiller. In this last town, you'll see from afar the stunning Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, one of the most famous castles in the area.
We'll also stop mid-way so that, if you want, you can enjoy a delicious picnic with products and wine from Alsace. After this stop, we'll continue exploring the towns and vineyards located between Sélestat and Dambach-la-Ville, discovering their history, landscapes, and wine traditions.
Finally, we'll conclude this 2-hour bicycle tour by returning to the meeting point in Sélestat.
