Sarnano Waterfalls Hiking Tour
We'll meet at 9:30 am at Piazza della Libertà, where we'll start a hiking route that will take us to the waterfalls of Sarnano. Ready to explore one of the greenest landscapes of the province of Macerata?
After introductions, we'll begin walking along a path along the Tennacola River. Over the course of 3.7 miles (6 km), we'll enjoy the lush surroundings of the Marche region while we learn some curiosities about the area's flora and fauna. In a few minutes, we'll have reached the first waterfall on our route, Cascata dell'Antico Molino.
We'll follow the hiking trail until we reach another of the falls, Cascata "de lu Vagnatò," in the town of Morelli. Finally, we'll arrive at Cascatelle, one of the area's most impressive waterfalls. The views of these stunning falls will leave you speechless!
As an added bonus, if the weather permits, we may even be able to stop at some of the falls for you to take a refreshing dip in this unique natural environment.
The tour will conclude after two hours, arriving back at the starting point in Sarnano.
