Travnik and Jajce Trip from Sarajevo
We will pick you up from your hotel in Sarajevo before heading for Travnik, one of the best-preserved cities from Ottoman times. Here, you will encounter 28 protected buildings of historic and cultural importance.
In Travnik, we will visit Sulejmanija Mosque, also known as Sarena Mosque. You will also see two clock towers, which have been telling the time to local residents since the eighteenth century. We will encounter the Medieval Fort, from where we will enjoy the best views across the city. Don't forget to try the traditional Bosnian coffee before leaving Travnik.
We hit the road again, this time to Jajce, a medieval walled city. Strolling through the center, you will feel as though you have stepped back into the Middle Ages. We will also walk through the most important area of the city, where the river Pliva flows into the river Vrbas, and we will continue discovering Sarajevense nature in the Pliva waterfall and watermills.
We will finish the excursion with our return to Sarajevo. There we will accompany you to your accommodation.
