Scenic Tour of Sapporo

Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Sapporo Station to begin our scenic tour of the city. From there, we'll embark on a sightseeing bus tour with an audioguide in English that highlights the city's main points of interest. Are you ready to discover the magic of Hokkaido's capital?

During the journey, we'll pass by some of the most iconic sites of Sapporo. First, we'll admire the Former Hokkaido Government Office, a historic building that used to house the government of Hokkaido. Afterward, we'll visit Odori Park, an expansive city park in the heart of Sapporo that hosts many events. You'll also admire the outside of the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, a museum dedicated to promoting regional and national art.

Our first stop will be the Sapporo Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium, where you'll have the chance to enjoy a one-hour audioguide tour and marvel at the scenic views from the stadium's lookout. Get ready to admire the fascinating city landscapes of Sapporo!

We'll continue our journey toward the Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, a tranquil and very picturesque area. Here, you'll also go on a 25-minute audioguide tour while seeing the famous bronze statue of Dr. William S. Clark, a notable figure in Hokkaido's agricultural development.

Once we're on board the bus again, we'll see other iconic sites, like the Sapporo Dome, a multifunctional stadium known for its sports events and concerts, and the Fukuzumi Station, an important transport center in the city. We'll also pass by Susukino, a lively neighborhood for entertainment, as well as the Sapporo Clock Tower, a historic symbol of the city built in 1878.

Finally, we'll return to the Sapporo Station, where we'll say goodbye after this 3.5-hour tour.
