Our first stop will be Vailima Café & Cultura, a cozy, Bohemian space that merges art and coffee—a perfect spot to savor a special cup. Next, we'll visit Black Juice & Coffee Lab, an experimental coffee haven known for its cutting-edge techniques and dedication to specialty brews.
Next up, we'll continue to Casa Martina, where colonial Querétaro meets modern coffee culture. Here, we’ll sample artisanally prepared coffees while delving into the rich history of coffee in Mexico and its evolving methods.
Finally, we’ll stop at Café Bretón, a historic center favorite that celebrates Mexican beans and meticulous roasting techniques. Enjoy its inviting ambiance as we learn about various roasting styles.
