La Parva 2 Day Hike
Day 1
We will pick you up from 6 am from your hotel in Santiago de Chile before starting our trip to Chile's famous ski resort of La Parva, high up in the mighty Andes mountain range.
Once there, we will climb up to the Piuquenes lagoon, at over 11,000 feet high. After enjoying the sight of this idyllic natural wilderness, we continue trekking towards the base of Cerro Pintor, where we spend the night at the campsite.
Arriving there sometime between 1 pm and 2 pm, we will enjoy a well-deserved lunch. Then the rest of the afternoon will be free for you to rest and build up your strength ready for the following day.
Day 2
At 6 a.m. we rise for breakfast and begin the trek to Cerro Leonera. This impressive peak rises up more than 16,000 feet above sea level. We will reach the summit at around 11 am where you will have spectacular views of the Andes.
We then head back down to the camp where a delicious lunch will be waiting for us. After, we continue to the ski center of La Parva and catch the bus back to Santiago de Chile.
You trip finishes when we drop you back at your hotel around 8 pm.
Hotel pick up
This activity includes hotel pick up in the central districts of Providencia, Las Condes, Vitacura, La Reina, Nuñoa and Barnechea. If your accommodation is not located in one of these areas, the local tour company will contact you to arrange the closest possible pick up point.
