Tabarca Excursion + Snorkeling
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet in Santa Pola and head to the port, where a boat will be waiting to take us to one of the most famous islands in the province of Alicante: Tabarca.
After a short trip of about 15 minutes, we'll arrive at the largest island of the Valencian Community, the only one still inhabited today. Once there, we'll give you the basic guidelines to get you started with the snorkeling activity, during which we'll explore the seabed of this wonderful corner of the Mediterranean for 2 hours.
With the help of the instructor and a snorkel, mask, and fins, we'll experience the incredible turquoise waters of the coves of Tabarca and learn to differentiate the species of fish that live there. You'll love it!
Lastly, we'll take a stroll around the island and visit the best beaches and the port before returning to Santa Pola by boat. We'll arrive back at the starting point after 3 hours of touring.
Lunch in Tabarca
This excursion to Tabarca does not include lunch on the island but, if you'd like, you can stay longer to try a typical paella while enjoying the pleasant surroundings.
If you want to eat lunch in Tabarca, please note that you'll have to make your own way back to Santa Pola by taxi-boat, which costs € 10 (US$ 10.30) per person.
