Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up from the meeting point in La Palma you select and make our way by bus to Tajuya Square, a spot that became a prime viewpoint during the volcanic eruption of Tajogaite. From here, we'll get to see, up close, the new landscape that this natural phenomenon left behind when it made a mark on the island's history. You'll be surprised by nature's force!

After this, we'll head over to El Time, an impressive viewpoint 594 metres (1950 feet) above sea level, from where we'll enjoy scenic views of the Aridane Valley and La Caldera de Taburinete National Park. After observing this unique scenery, depending on the day of your visit, we'll continue onto either Puntagorda, a charming municipality where we'll visit the Farmer's Market, or Los Llanos de Aridane. Afterwards, you'll have some free time to have some food. Don't forget to bring a packed lunch!

Having re-energised, we'll travel up a winding road to Roque de Los Muchachos, the island's highest point, at 2426 metres (7960 feet) above sea level. This spot is famous for its clear skies which are perfect for stargazing, making it a paradise for astronomers across the world. From here, we'll enjoy the spectacular views of the Taburiente Caldera and, if there's enough time, we'll also try to spot El Hierro, La Gomera, and Tenerife Islands. Get ready for sights that will leave you breathless!

To return, we'll descend along the eastern side of the island, observing the different layers of Canary Island vegetation. We'll make a stop at Los Andenes Viewpoint to look at the impressive Barranco de Las Angustias and, as a grand finale, we will visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Snows, the patron saint of La Palma, and La Concepción Viewpoint. From here, the views of Santa Cruz de La Palma and the island's eastern coast are magnificent.

Lastly, we'll return to our original meeting point and say our goodbyes after a total of 8 hours.
