Stroll around one of Cuba's most historic cities with an exclusive guide just for you on our Santa Clara Private Tour. During the tour, you'll see iconic sights such as the Mausoleum of Che Guevara and the Armored Train.
Description
At your chosen time, we'll meet in Vidal Park and set off on our private walking tour of Santa Clara. Accompanied by our guide, we'll discover the emblematic corners of the city and its important role in Cuba's history.
After learning about the history of this park, we'll admire the façade of the La Caridad Theatre, one of the very few theaters that survived the Cuban colonial area. Nearby as well is the Santa Clara Cathedral and the Provincial Palace.
We'll also walk to The Armored Train Monument. This locomotive is a landmark of the Cuban Revolution and the Battle of Santa Clara, and linked to the ending of Fulgencio Batista's dictatorship, which we'll discuss during the tour. To understand more, we'll visit the Che Guevara Mausoleum as well.
Our private tour of Santa Clara will take us to more of the city's most symbolic sights, such as the Revolution Café-Museum and the El Mejunje Cultural Center, to see some local art.
Having spent 3 hours exploring Santa Clara, we'll return close to the meeting point to say goodbye.
