Fancy ziplining between the trees of the cloud forest in Santa Ana? If so, we'll meet at the indicated time at the Campo Bello Hotel to kick off an experience that will make you feel the magic of the nature of Western El Salvador.
Firstly, we'll drive along the natural path that will take us to the first launching platform. If you wish, you can walk there and enjoy even more of this enclave.
Before we start, we'll give you an introductory and safety talk, and we'll put on the necessary equipment. Are you feeling the thrill yet? We sure are! Equipped with helmets and harnesses, we'll be ready for the challenge, and we'll get ready to adjust the cables attached to the zipline.
The first jump will launch us along the start of a 1.3-kilometre (0.8-mile) circuit of cables at an altitude of almost 2,000 metres (6,561 ft) between dense trees and clouds. Along 6 launching platforms, we'll cross sections adorned with views of the Santa Ana volcano and, at times, also of the Izalco volcano.
Finally, we'll conclude this 1 to 2-hour experience at the starting point.
