See one of the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Fonseca with this excursion to the Colchagua volcano. You'll also ride to the top in a 4x4 vehicle.

Conchagua Volcano Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in San Salvador at 5:15 am to board a comfortable bus for a four-hour drive, during which you can take the opportunity to take a nap.

Once we arrive at the base of the Conchagua volcano, we'll get into a 4x4 vehicle and drive along the trails that will take us to the summit, specifically to the Espíritu de la Montaña viewpoint, a fascinating route!

Did you know that from the top of the volcano you can see El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua at the same time? We'll enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Fonseca and, of course, we'll take the opportunity to take some souvenir photos. We'll also walk around the volcano to discover the local wildlife.

After enjoying one of the best panoramic views of the gulf, we'll descend again from the volcano in the 4x4. Afterwards, we'll get on the bus and visit the famous Parque de la Familia', where you can have lunch on your own in one of the restaurants in the area.

Finally, we'll make our way back to your hotel in San Salvador, where we'll arrive at approximately 8 pm.
