Valpolicella Wine Tasting

Description

We'll meet at the indicated time at the Villa San Pietro Winery entrance in San Pietro in Cariano. Once we're all together, we'll be welcomed by the winery staff to start our food and wine experience.

First, we'll head for the main rooms of the winery, namely the terroir, the production area, and the barrel cellar. Here, we'll learn more about the process of wine production, from harvesting the grapes to packaging. You'll be amazed!

After this initial general introduction to the world of wine, we'll move on to the centrepiece of our experience: wine tasting! We'll taste 4 different wines, accompanied by a cured meat and cheese platter (vegetarian and vegan options are also available).

After enjoying some good eats, we'll round off the tasting with a small piece of sbrisolona, an exquisite typical dessert made with dried fruit, and a grappa. Cheers!

We'll conclude the tasting after an hour and a half.
