A Unique Botanical Garden in Europe
Just outside of the Spanish capital, is one of the most special places in Europe: the Enchanted Forest. Located in the municipality of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, this spectacular place opened its doors in 2011 and, since then, it has become a perfect space to enjoy a day of fun in the middle of nature.
With this ticket, you can wander the paths and labyrinths of the park, decorated with more than 300 sculptures of shrubs made in all sizes from over 500 species of plants, all planted on 30,000 square meters (322,917 square miles). What to See in the Enchanted Forest
Are you familiar with the movie Edward Scissorhands, with Johnny Depp? Visiting this park will make you feel like Edward himself!
During your visit, you'll explore various enchanted routes, each featuring sculptures with unique themes. From the jungle route and the mythology path to the birds and tales route, and the minerals route, every path boasts its own original design!
With the entrance ticket, you can discover a new world of smells, shapes, and fruits in the exhibitions of cactus, bonsai, and aromatic plants. Plus, you'll be captivated by the brilliance produced by the collection of crystalline formations in the form of druses and geodes.
Other plans
Although it takes approximately two hours to explore the Enchanted Forest, your ticket grants you access for the entire day. Therefore, we recommend additional activities within the Enchanted Forest, like sitting down to a delicious picnic with your family in the designated areas.
