San Juan Winery Tour
Winery Tour
After picking you up from your hotel in San Juan at 2 pm, we will set off to some of the most important wineries in the south of the province.
Our first visit is at the facilities of the amazing Viña de Segisa winery which dates back to 1925. We will learn all about the process of production of the wine, from the cultivation of the grapes in the vineyards through to the moment the bottle arrives at the restaurant table. We will also show you which these delicious products have been awarded international prizes, such as the 2004 Segisa Tempranillo Gold Medal.
We will continue our tour of the vineyards of San Juan at another of the region's most important centers: the Fabril Alto Verde wineries. These are pioneers in Argentina due to the use of certified organic grapes. We will have the opportunity to see how these wines are produced using sustainable development techniques.
The next stop will be at the Miguel Mas champagne cellar where sparkling wines are also made using organic agriculture, resulting in excellent ecological products. The champagnes are naturally fermented in the bottles and the use of pesticides and herbicides is excluded from the whole process, all of which is clearly noticeable in the unique taste!
Finally, we will return to your hotel in San Juan, arriving at 6 pm.
