Cabo de Gata Snorkelling Activity
At the scheduled time, we'll see you at the beach in Cala Higuera. We'll grab our equipment for the activity and spend some time learning the basics of snorkelling while we're still on the sand. You'll learn how to use the flippers, goggles and snorkelling tube so you won't have any problems when we're in the sea.
When we're all ready, we'll head into the water and, once we're in the sea, the guide will take us along some of the best routes and explain the different fish we'll see as we snorkel.
Cabo de Gata has been considered a protected natural park for over 20 years. This has allowed it to remain a perfect place for snorkelling, whether you're just starting out or if you're already a pro.
Its crystal-clear water offers great visibility, and the Neptune grass creates an idyllic place for fish to take refuge. In addition, its once volcanic coastline will allow us to discover different caves both in and out of the water. You won't want the experience to end!
After two hours of activity, we'll say goodbye at the starting point.
