We will pick you up from your accommodation in San Ignacio at 8 a.m before heading to Jaguar Paw Park, about an hour's drive away. Once in the jungle, we will walk for ten minutes to reach the zip line facilities.
After a brief explanation from the instructor, we will strap on the helmet and the harness and prepare to launch ourselves into the air. We will glide over the dense green vegetation on cables up to 500 feet high up. We arrive at the entrance to the Cristal Cave and then head inside and descend 150 feet until we reach its limestone base. You will find out just why the Mayans considered this a sacred place.
For half an hour we will enjoy a lunch consisting of rice, beans, chicken, and fried plantain. Feeling reenergized, we will wade along the Rama de Cuevas River. The river is dotted with various amazing grottoes which we will enter when you experience cave tubing. Drifting on rubber rings, you will see springs and crystallized caverns. This is a unique natural wonder you will never forget.
We will return to San Ignacio and accompany you to your hotel where the activity concludes at 5 pm.
