We'll meet at the indicated time at the Stanyan Street entrance of Golden Gate Park. Once we're all together we'll make a start on our walking tour of the most mysterious true crime stories of San Francisco. Are you ready?
First, we'll learn the story of the body of a homeless man who was found murdered one morning in Lake Alvord. From there, we'll move on to Charles Manson's house, where the serial killer recruited most of his "family" after his second release from prison... Creepy, right?
During the tour, we'll also discover the secrets of the houses where Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, the Grateful Dead and the Hells Angels lived. In each of them, there are stories worth telling... You learn all about them in due course!
Afterwards, we'll continue to the former home of Jim Jones, known for the Jonestown massacre of 1978, and to the Trax bar, which is famously haunted by the spirit of a man only recently identified...
After 2 spooky hours, we'll finally say goodbye at Haight Street and Masonic Street.
