The trip was really good. The guide, who was also the bus driver, was interesting and funny, so nice. Muir Woods is amazing and really accesible to walk. Sausalito is great too, I recommend to take the ferry back to San Francisco, so you can see the Golden Gate.

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your selected meeting point San Francisco. While traveling across the Golden Gate Bridge to get to Muir Woods National Monument, we'll enjoy spectacular views of San Francisco Bay.

Muir Woods is an almost mystical place of peace and tranquillity where you can get lost amongst the enormous California Redwoods, which range from 500 to 1,200 years old! Besides redwoods, you might also find northern spotted owls, deer, and other native creatures in the area.

You'll have 1.5 hours of free time to explore this forest and learn all about the tallest trees in the world. If you have any questions about the area and its redwoods, you can always ask the helpful park rangers in the area!

Next, we'll visit the charming coastal town of Sausalito, a gorgeous Mediterranean-style village with quaint shops, art galleries, and waterfront restaurants. Here, you'll have free time to browse the shops and have lunch on your own with spectacular views of San Francisco.

After Sausalito, we'll head back to San Francisco in the minibus, where we'll arrive after a total of about 5 hours.

Le golden Gate et Muir Woods magnifiques Par contre le lieu de dépose pour sausalito est trop excentré pour visiter les maisons flottantes , il faut marcher au milieu des entrepôts et parking car pas de chemin côtier, sur plus de 3 kms. L'Autre itinéraire n est guerre mieux au bord d une 4 voies. Et Comptez l aller retour pour reprendre le ferry. Les maisons flottantes sont vraiment jolies Ret en ferry vers san Francisco est magnifique . Visite en français via lien internet oreillettes fournies Translate this opinion into English.

The magnificent Golden Gate and Muir Woods On the other hand, the drop-off point for Sausalito is too out of the way to visit the floating houses, you have to walk in the middle of the warehouses and parking lot because there is no coastal path, for more than 3 kms. The Other route is not better at the edge of a 4 lane. And count the round trip to take the ferry back. The houseboats are really pretty Ret by ferry to San Francisco is beautiful. We barely got an explanation about Sausalito and in the redwood park it would have been great if the guide had explained more details about it.
