Calling all lovers of extreme adventure! After meeting up at the Angelina Aerodrome de San Francisco de Macorís, we'll begin the check in process for the flight. Once this part is over, we'll get ourselves mentally prepared for the upcoming challenge as we make our way to the training area.
We'll meet the professional team and receive safety instructions and hear about the details of the skydive during a 20-minute training session. Equipped with everything we need, we'll board the plane and for another 20 minutes, we'll soar over San Francisco de Macorís, giving us enough time to start admiring the Dominican landscape.
As we ascend to an altitude of 3,000 metres (9,842 ft), our hearts will race, and the long-awaited moment will arrive. Time to jump! Leaning over the edge of the plane, you'll feel the pure adrenaline rush and during the free fall, you'll reach a speed of 200 kilometres per hour (124 mph)—what a thrill! Little by little, you'll descend to a height of 1,500 metres (4,921 ft), where you'll open the parachute and experience how the speed decreases. You'll feel like the king of the sky as you fly for up to 7 minutes.
You'll float over the mosaic of the region's fields and mountains. Then, you'll begin your landing in a designated area, where the team will be waiting to help you out of the equipment and celebrate your achievement with laughter and excitement—an experience you'll never forget!
Finally, we'll bring the adventure to an end at the initial meeting point after 1.5 hours in total.
