Embark on an adventure exploring one of the natural wonders in the province of San Cristóbal—hiking along the picturesque river Muchas Aguas. Get ready for an experience that includes a refreshing swim and captivating scenery!
Tour Highlights
At the scheduled time, we'll gather at your chosen meeting point to set off on our hiking tour along the enchanting Muchas Aguas River. Excited?
This natural gem is situated at the mouth of the Valdesia Dam, fed by the waters of the Nizao River, a significant watercourse in the Dominican Republic with a length of 118 kilometers (73 miles).
As we follow the river, our hiking route will lead us to the majestic El Barco rock. Here, you'll have about an hour of free time to enjoy a revitalizing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Muchas Aguas River and capture beautiful photos with a scenic backdrop.
Before concluding our adventure, we'll pause for a typical Dominican lunch featuring rice, salad, and your choice of water or a soft drink.
Finally, we'll bid farewell at the starting point, wrapping up the activity approximately five hours after it begins.
