Coleta Cooking Class
Coleta Cooking Class
After meeting in the Al Grano cafeteria, we'll learn about the cuisine of this Mexican municipality from an expert chef. Firstly, we'll learn about the type of cuisine, which perfectly combines two gastronomic cultures: pre-Hispanic and Spanish.
We'll learn how to use the ingredients of ancient Mayan, colonial and contemporary dishes in the best possible way. Some of the delicacies we'll make will be bread soup, tacos coletos, chalupas, chanfaina or banana cake, among others.
At the end of the cooking class, we'll have the opportunity to taste the elaborated dishes. Delicious!
