Activity Details
We'll meet at the indicated time at the Parque Las Furnias in Punta del Hidalgo, an area in northern Tenerife belonging to the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna.
After receiving a brief training and equipping ourselves with wetsuits, goggles and flippers, we'll start snorkelling in the volcanic pools of Punta del Hidalgo. This set of natural pools is perfect for shallow diving, without the need for oxygen tanks or other diving equipment.
During the activity, in which we'll make a video report that we'll give you a few days after the experience, we'll observe native species of the Canary Islands that live in shallow water ecosystems.
In addition, throughout this snorkelling experience, we'll explore easily accessible caves and volcanic crevices. We'll also admire fascinating underwater geological structures that are sure to surprise you.
Finally, we'll conclude this 2-hour activity at the meeting point.
