Roque Nublo Sunset Climbing Tour

At the indicated time we'll meet at the parking lot of the Los Hornos dam, located in the town of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. From here, we'll make our way on foot to the starting point of the climb.

Never been climbing before? No need to worry, as we'll explain step by step everything you need to know to become a real expert. We'll quite literally show you the ropes! Remember climbing is not a matter of strength, but of technique!

We'll start going up through the mountains of the interior of Gran Canaria enjoying the beautiful scenery that surrounds us. We'll see tall Canarian pines, breathe fresh air and see the impressive silhouette of the famous Roque Nublo, a natural monument that has become an icon of the island. The views of this place at sunset are truly incredible.

As a backdrop to our tour we'll enjoy the beautiful skies as the sun sets over Roque Nublo and the horizon.

We'll have amazing views of the Roque Nublo and rest while watching the sun begin to set on the horizon. Did you know that this rock is the second highest point of Gran Canaria? You'll fall in love!

Afterwards, it'll be time to start the descent. After four hours of adventure, we'll finish the activity by saying goodbye at the starting point.
