Join us on an adventure to one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the Dominican Republic with our El Limón Waterfall Private Hiking Activity from Samaná.

El Limón Waterfall Private Hiking Activity

At your chosen time, we'll be waiting for you at Parada Ismael. From there, we'll start our private hiking activity through the enchanting El Limón Waterfall.

We'll start walking through the Samaná peninsula's lush vegetation as we skirt the banks of the Limón River. Along the way, we'll see plantations of three of the country's distinctive products: cocoa, coffee and coconut palm.

During our 3-hour hike, we'll also stop at a smaller and less-frequented waterfall where, if you'd like, you can take a refreshing dip. Afterwards, we'll continue walking until we reach our destination, the El Limón Waterfall.

Then, we'll climb down about 200 steps to the waterfall, where you'll have around 1 hour of free time to admire this breathtaking 130-foot (40-metre) high waterfall and to take another well-deserved swim.

After having a wonderful time in this extraordinary area, we'll make our way back to the meeting point.

Hubo un poco de descontrol al principio porque no tenían constancia de la reserva. Hicimos la excursión antes de la hora prevista pero tampoco nos importó, el paseo fue bien, lo único que creo que desde otras paradas ves otras rutas, como la del café. There was a bit of a lack of control at first because they had no record of the reservation. We did the tour before the scheduled time but we didn't mind either, the tour went well, the only thing I think is that from other stops you see other routes, like the coffee one. Fue bien, pero para lo que pagamos, no nos entra ni botas (en caso de lluvia) y tenemos que dejar propina al guía, además de tener que pagar 2€ o 100 pesos para entrar en la cascada… Translate this opinion into English.
