At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Salalah. Onboard a 4x4 we will take you on a tour through some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in southern Oman, starting at the Koor Spring.
We will enjoy the incredible views of the waterfalls that bathe Koor Lake and contemplate the lush vegetation of the surrounding hills. You will be struck by the stark contrast with the typical postcard views of the Omani deserts.
We will return to the vehicle and drive to Mount Ittin, a hill that offers a perfect panoramic view of the city of Salalah. Also, nearby is the tomb of the Prophet Job. We will explain the different interpretations given to this historical figure by Christianity, Judaism, and Islam.
The next stop on the tour is the Jarziz spring, full of small caves and canals. After this visit, we will take a break at a local restaurant where we will allow you an hour and a half of free time for lunch.
Once we have regained our strength, we will drive to the so-called Green Valley, specifically to the areas of Wadi Naheez and Wadi Gogab. You will be amazed by the abundance of trees and the diversity of wildlife in these places, and if you want to take a picture with a camel, you're in the right place!
We will finish the private tour by dropping you off at your hotel at 5 pm.
