Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the maritime port of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Here, we'll hop onto a boat which will take us on a trip along the Basque Coast
—a journey filled with spectacular landscapes. All aboard!
We'll sail along the Corniche Basque, a protected natural area which stretches from Hendaya to Ciboure. During the voyage, we'll enjoy views of the bay of Loya, a small idyllic spot surrounded by cliffs crowned by the majestic Château d'Abbadia.
Our tour will continue to the famous Rochers des Deux Jumeaux (Rocks of the Two Twins), 2 imposing rock formations emerging from the water which are a true symbol of the coast of Hendaya.
We'll continue towards Hondarribia, a picturesque fishing village which is home to one of the most important ports in the Basque Country. From the boat, we'll be able to admire its colourful houses and unmistakable maritime atmosphere.
Sailing along the crystal-clear water, we'll then reach Mount Jaizkibel, where we'll stop for a refreshing dip in the water if you wish. If you want to explore the seabed, you'll have access to snorkelling equipment to make the most of this idyllic spot.
Before returning, we'll have a small stop at the port of Socoa to admire its historical fort, a defensive construction which protected the coast from possible attacks in the past.
Lastly, after 2.5 hours of sailing, we'll return to solid ground and say our goodbyes at the port in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
