At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Huerto de la Condesa winery. Get ready to uncover the secrets of Ronda's winemaking heritage!
We’ll step inside a winery steeped in history, one that never fails to surprise its visitors. Did you know it stands on the grounds of the former Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores estate? It also takes its name from the Countess of Guadalevín, a prominent figure in Ronda's bourgeoisie.
As we tour the winery, we’ll uncover the fascinating details of the winemaking process in the Guadalcobacín River Valley. You’ll learn how the unique soil composition and climate shape the cultivation of the grapes, giving Ronda’s wines their distinct flavor.
Depending on the option you select, you’ll either enjoy a virtual tour or a guided walk through the scenic vineyards of Huerto de la Condesa. No matter the choice, a guide will accompany you throughout the visit, ensuring you don’t miss a thing — especially the much-anticipated wine tasting!

During the booking process, you can choose between the following tour options:
Tasting of 4 Wines with Aperitif (1.5 hours)
After the virtual tour of the vineyards and winery, we'll taste four wines: Huerto de la Condesa Red 22, Huerto de la Condesa White 23 and Los Cipreses 21 and El Pinsapo 21. We'll pair our tasting with an aperitif of Iberian sausages from the Serranía de Ronda with homemade bread.
Tasting of 5 Wines with Appetizer (2 hours)
The ultimate experience! First, we’ll head to the Huerto de la Condesa vineyards, just 15 minutes from the winery. During the vineyard tour, we’ll share insights into the agricultural practices and the various cultivation processes used in the field. After this part of the tour, we’ll return to the winery for a full visit.
Following the visit, you’ll enjoy a tasting of 5 wines, including: Huerto de la Condesa Tinto 22, Huerto de la Condesa Blanco 23, Los Cipreses Rosado 23, Los Cipreses Tinto 21, and either La Palmera 21 or El Pinsapo 21. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of Iberian cured meats from the Serranía de Ronda and artisan bread.
