Brazilian Cuisine Cooking Class
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rua Visconde de Pirajá 281 and head to a local cook's home in Rio de Janeiro for an enjoyable Brazilian cooking class!
When you make your booking, you can choose between a workshop focused on picanha, one of the country's most famous meats, or a seafood or vegetable moqueca. The choice is entirely yours!
Regardless of the menu you select, our Brazilian cooking class will also cover the preparation of various traditional side dishes. We'll delve into the unique characteristics of each dish and their significance in Brazilian culinary culture.
Once we put on our aprons, we'll dive into cooking! We'll create flavorful dishes such as rice with white garlic, farofa with plantain, cassava in butter sauce, grilled cheese with jam, and to satisfy our sweet tooth, we'll indulge in some brigadeiros. They are truly delightful treats!
After cooking like seasoned chefs, we'll switch roles and sit at the diner's booth to taste the dishes we've just prepared. We'll complement the meal with a refreshing caipirinha and a coconut shake.
Finally, after 4 hours of culinary exploration, our Brazilian cooking class will come to a close.
