Blue Mountains Quad Bike Tour
At the indicated time we'll pick you up at your hotel in Reykjavik to start this adventure. As soon as we meet you, we'll take a bus to the quad bike office.
Upon arrival, we'll put on our overalls, a ski mask, a helmet and gloves, and attend a brief explanation on how to drive the quads. As soon as we're ready, we'll get on the quad bikes and head for the top of Hafnarfjall mountain. From this privileged location, you'll be able to see the city of Reykjavík, an image you'll never forget!
After the quad bike tour, we'll return to the city centre where we'll have a light lunch to refuel.
After that, we'll set off on our second adventure of the day, a lava cave. For this, we'll head towards the Blue Mountains area. Are you ready?
As soon as we arrive at our destination, we'll have the opportunity to explore Leidarendi Cave, a perfect example of a volcano. We'll go underground to discover the volcanic forms that were created more than 2000 years ago. As we walk through its depths, we'll learn all about Icelandic geology from our guide.
After 7 hours of adrenaline-inducing fun, we'll take you back to your hotel, where we'll end this activity.
Shared Quad Bike
The maximum capacity of the quads is two people (two adults or one adult and one child between 8 and 17 years old). If you're an odd-numbered group and want to book the shared quad option, one of you must book the "Adults only" option.
Requirements
Only people who are over 18 years old and have a driving licence can drive the quad bikes.
