The in-bus experience was a little imbalanced with the Spanish speaking guide guiding 90% of the time leaving English guide to be minimal. The Bruges tour was excellent and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. We really enjoyed JK - superb. He also provided an excellent restaurant recommendation.

The guide Harald was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. The only small issue was that we had difficulties in finding the guide. At the end we did find the guide and the group in another spot of the tour but we lost almost 30 minutes of the tour. The same happened to other two persons, but in the end everything was fine.
