Punctual start. Friendly and engaging leader (Marc), he checked before starting everyone was happy with the languages he was using for the tour. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the local history, he communicated well and, when appropriate, humorously. We all felt we had had a thorough introduction to the lovely city of Bruges.
