Reus Free Tour
Reus Free Tour
We'll start this free tour of Reus at the indicated time in Prim Square, in front of the iconic Fortuny Theatre.
Do you know who Juan Prim y Prats was? After learning about the history of this impressive 19th-century general and politician, a native of Reus, we'll continue our walk towards the Plaça del Mercat (Market Square). In this central area we'll see the façade of the Town Hall and the Casa Navas, in the Art Nouveau style.
We'll continue our route through the historic centre of Reus passing by the famous Reading Centre on Carrer Major. We'll also stop in front of the house where Antonio Gaudí was born to learn about the history of this brilliant architect, the main representative of Catalan modernism.
The next stop will be in front of the Priory Church of San Pedro, its exterior shows the details of the late Gothic style.
After a two-hour tour, we'll end this free tour of Reus in front of the priory church.
