At 8.30 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Rethymno and head to one of the most important cities in Crete: Chania.
Did you know that it's known as the "mother of Cretan cities"? Or that it's the largest city on the island? Once we get there, you'll have the day free to explore Canea in its entirety at your own leisure.
During your visit to Chania, we recommend a stroll through the Old Town, where you can see the harbor, the Venetian fortress, and the various Turkish mosques. What's more, you can't leave the city without visiting the New Town or relaxing on its dreamy beaches.
After falling madly in love with this incredible city and its vibrantly colorful narrow streets, we'll start our return trip to Rethymno. We'll drop you back off at your hotel around 4.30 pm, ending the tour.
