Antisana National Park Tour
Antisana National Park Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Quito and head southeast toward Antisana National Park. Get ready to witness breathtaking beauty!
We'll travel in a comfortable minibus to this protected area of Ecuador, an ecological sanctuary of great importance for conserving páramos and eastern Andean forests. In Antisana National Park, you'll have the chance to encounter a diverse range of wildlife, including endangered and threatened species.
One of the trip's highlights will be seeing the majestic Andean condor, a highly prized bird in South America. We'll also explore the park's trails, marveling at the unique rock formations and, of course, the imposing Antisana volcano. Did you know that the volcanic activity in the region is what shaped the striking landscape of the reserve?
As we continue our journey, we'll approach La Mica lagoon, where we'll take a leisurely walk along the surrounding trails. Then, on our way back, we'll stop at the Tambo Cóndor restaurant, where you can savor a delicious lunch while enjoying the sight of condors gracefully gliding over Peñón el Izco.
To conclude our adventure, we'll visit Las Secas lagoon, our final stop before returning to Quito. We'll drop you back off at your hotel after 11 hours of excursion.
