Venice 3 Island Tour: Murano, Burano and Torcello
Description
Passengers welcome aboard! We'll be waiting for you at 10 am at the pier on Via Lungomare San Felice 1, in Punta Sabbioni.
Enjoy the marvellous views of the Venice Lagoon while sailing to Murano. On arrival, we'll visit a glass-blowing factory to discover why the crystals on this island are so famous - their handcrafted modelling technique is pure magic!
After this, you'll have an hour and 15 minutes of free time to explore Murano at your leisure. You can admire the façade of the Basilica of Santa Maria and San Donato, cross its bridges, take pictures of its canals... There are numerous must-see locations.
We'll meet back at the boat and sail to Burano, where you'll enjoy two hours of free time. This is enough time to stroll through the streets, discover the colourful houses, and see the bell tower. Did you know that, like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this tower is also sloping?
Our final stop will be Torcello. The Devil's Bridge, the Church of Santa Fosca, the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Assunta, and delicious food await you. You'll have one hour of free time to explore the island.
The tour will end back at Punta Sabbioni at around 5 pm.
