- Return: The ferry to Colonia del Sacramento from Buenos Aires departs at 8:30 am every Friday and Saturday. Upon arrival, the staff will be waiting to show you where to get on the bus to Punta del Este from Colonia del Sacramento, which arrives at its destination at 2:30 pm. From April 3rd, departures will only leave on Fridays.
