Day Trip Description
At the appointed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Punta Cana and set off on an exciting day trip. Samana awaits!
On the way, we'll have breakfast and once there, hop into an SUV that will take us on a panoramic tour of the town of Santa Barbara de Samana. We'll see, from the vehicle, the charming colorful houses of this town, as well as the tropical landscapes that surround it.
Next, we'll head to a local hacienda, where we'll set off on horseback to visit the stunning El Limón Waterfall. You'll have the opportunity to swim in the turquoise pool at the base of the waterfall, making for a refreshing and memorable experience.
After our visit to the waterfall, we'll return to the center of Samana for a buffet lunch featuring traditional dishes like fresh fish, chicken, beans, and rice.
Following lunch, we'll board a catamaran bound for Cayo Levantado. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink and provided with a beach chair, perfect for relaxing on the island's stunning shores.
To wrap up the day, we'll sail back to shore and board the minibus for the return trip to Punta Cana. You'll arrive at your hotel approximately 13 hours after the start of the tour.

A - The horseback route takes place up a trail along the side of a mountain. It's not possible by car or motorbike, but you can climb on foot. Although, please do keep in mind that if the path is muddy, this section will only be done on horseback.
