Tierra del Fuego Day Trip
Tierra del Fuego Day Trip
Having picked you up from your hotel in Punta Arenas between 7:15 am and 7:45 am, we'll travel by minibus to the Tres Puentes dock. From here, we'll board a ferry that'll take us to Tierra del Fuego.
After a boat trip of around 2 hours through the Strait of Magellan, we'll reach our destination. When we get there, we'll head to the city of Porvenir to visit the Provincial Museum of Tierra del Fuego, which was built to preserve and share the history and nature of the archipelago. Afterwards, you'll have some free time to have lunch at one of the city's restaurants.
Once you've had something to eat, we'll continue our journey towards Inútil Bay, where we'll visit King Penguin Park. Here, we'll be able to observe South America's only colony of King penguins that reside in their natural habitat.
We'll then return to the ferry and make our way back to Punta Arenas, where we'll drop you back at your hotel between 8:30 pm and 9 pm.
