Reloncavi Estuary & Tagua Tagua Lake Tour
Reloncavi Estuary & Tagua Tagua Lake Tour
Between 7:30 and 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel and drive to the small village of Caleta La Arena. Here, we'll take a ferry to start a boat trip through the Reloncavi estuary.
We'll sail for 35 minutes until we reach Caleta Puelche. Then, back on the minibus, we'll drive along the border of the estuary and admire the incredible mountains and valleys that surround it. We'll also pass by the town of Puelo until we reach Tagua Tagua Lake.
Here, we'll leave you 2 hours free to have lunch and explore the turquoise waters of Tagua Tagua Lake. We recommend strolling along its shores or purchasing a boat ticket to see the iconic waterfall of this natural spring up close!
Then, we'll meet up again to head to Cochamó, one of the most beautiful villages of the Reloncavi estuary. Did you know that these lands were inhabited by the Huilliche people? We'll learn about the history of this town while walking through its streets and admiring emblematic buildings, such as the church with its curious octagonal bell tower, and the beautiful natural environment of the area.
Finally, we'll start our return trip by minibus through Ralún and along the shores of Lake Llanquihue. We'll arrive at your hotel between 4:30 and 5 pm.
