Are you looking for plans in Puerto Vallarta? On this excursion to San Sebastián del Oeste, we'll visit a town with a lot of history and thousands of legends while enjoying its colonial architecture. Welcome to Jalisco!
Description
At the designated time, we'll meet up on Calle H. Escuela Naval Militar in Puerto Vallarta. There we'll board a minibus that will take us through the landscapes of the Sierra Madre until we reach San Sebastian del Oeste.
After an hour and a half drive, we'll arrive at our destination and start touring San Sebastian del Oeste. Throughout the tour, we'll tell you historical facts, legends and discover why it's considered one of the Magical Towns of Jalisco.
Strolling through its cobbled streets, you'll be struck by the number of colonial-era buildings preserved in the town - a real journey back in time! We'll walk through the main square and see its 18th-century church, two places located in the heart of the town.
Afterwards, we'll enter a silversmith's workshop to learn first-hand about this centuries-old tradition. We'll also visit an organic coffee farm, another of Jalisco's most typical products, and you'll have the opportunity to taste tequila and raicilla - typical Mexican distilled spirits.
Time to recharge your batteries! We won't leave San Sebastian del Oeste without tasting the delicious local cuisine. We'll have a traditional Mexican lunch in the courtyard of a 'hacienda' or estate with one of the best views of San Sebastian.
We'll finish the tour back at the meeting point in Puerto Vallarta after a total of 8 hours.
