    Louise was a superb guide and very engaging and informative. The trip on the gondolas was well worth it and we had time to walk higher as far as we could go. I fully recommend this trip

    The day itself was really lovely. You got to see everything and with enough time. The guide I had was very helpful especially since I was the only one who didn’t speak any Spanish. Unfortunately the information about timings on civitatis is incorrect and really screwed up the rest of my day. On here it said back in Puerto Montt by 4pm and it was 7.5 hours, however the guide when asked told me it was actually 10h trip and back by 18:30. I missed a bus I had booked at 6pm and couldn’t refund
