Discover the wild side of Puerto Maldonado on this not-to-be-missed Amazon Adventure! Go kayaking down the Madre de Dios river, zoom through the rainforest on a zipline and see hundreds of monkeys in their natural habitat.
Monkey Island Amazon Adventure
After picking you up from your hotel at the scheduled time, we'll head to the Puerto Maldonado jetty, where we'll hop in our kayaks paddling up the Tambopata River.
We'll make our way down the river in search of freshwater turtles, capibaras and some native birds in the area. Perhaps we might even be able to see some!
We'll then head to Monkey Island, also known as Rolling Island, an Inka Terra Association project. Here we'll get to see hundreds of monkeys that are being reintegrated into their natural habit after having been saved from the black market.
After an unforgettable day experiencing your Amazonian adventure, we'll return to Puerto Maldonado, where the tour will come to an end after 4 hours together.
