Three Border Landmark Boat Trip
Tour Details
Ready to visit Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil in only one day? If so, we'll meet at the indicated time at the pier in Puerto Iguazu, where we'll board a boat that will take us to the Three Borders Landmark. Let's set sail!
Once we're ready, we'll move away from the shore and start navigating the gentle waters of the Iguazu River. We'll pass the Tancredo Neves Bridge, which connects Argentina with Brazil. In this 2-kilometre (1.2-mile) stretch, we'll be treated to the view of the dense vegetation on the Brazilian side until we turn around to reach the Paraná River.
On this second riverbed, the landscape will change as we head towards the point where the borders of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. This unique enclave in the world will offer us beautiful panoramic views while we enjoy juices and caipirinhas to the rhythm of ambient music on board the boat.
We'll also tell you about the importance of the Three Borders Landmark, where countless cultural and commercial exchanges have taken place. We'll discover the rapprochement and fraternity of the three countries that embrace each other through their border rivers.
Finally, after a 1.5-hour boat ride, we'll say goodbye at the initial meeting point.
