Lavender Field, Chautla Hacienda & Val'Quirico Excursion

After picking you up at your hotel at 9:45 am, we'll leave Puebla behind and hit the road for the Chautla Hacienda. You'll feel like you've been transported to the UK without ever leaving Mexico!

The legendary Chautla Hacienda is a compound that belonged to the Marquis of Selva Nevada and served as a wheat and corn producer. Making our way through all corners of this stately property, you'll see its gardens, the beautiful lake, unique locally-made ceramic pieces, and of course, tour the facilities of its elegant English castle.

After experiencing what it was like to be an 18th-century aristocrat, we'll continue to the next stop on the tour: Rancho San Martin, an absolute must-see for lavender lovers. Here, you'll attend a workshop to learn about the many uses and properties of this plant - you'll even learn to make your own lavender soap

Plus, you'll have plenty of time to take all the Instagram-worthy photos your heart desires amidst the ranch's beautiful violet-colored fields. Did you know that lavender is also used in gastronomy? During the visit, you'll be able to sample this for yourself with some lavender coffee and panque, a typical cake.

Around 2 pm, we'll arrive at the last stop on our tour, Val'Quirico, a charming reproduction of a Tuscan town. You'll have an hour of free time to grab a bite to eat for lunch and stroll through its narrow streets and quaint corners. The cobblestone, adobe clay, wood and brick will make you feel as though you've stepped into a medieval Italian village!

At the end of the excursion, we'll return to your hotel in Puebla, arriving at 5 pm.
