Peak Mountain Hiking Tour
Peak Mountain Hiking Tour
We'll pick you up at your accommodation and head over to the Bottom House area, where we'll set off on our hiking tour. We'll get to walk ancient paths through the spectacular mountains of Providencia.
As we're strolling through the lush landscapes, we'll see various species of fruit trees. If you feel like tasting the fruits, you're absolutely welcome to! Just ask the expert guide to make sure that the ones you choose are edible.
The hike will continue until we reach the summit of Peak Mountain, the highest mountain on the island and the remnant of an ancient volcano. We'll stop for a moment to admire the breathtaking views, and at 360 meters (1,200 feet) above sea level, we'll have the island and the turquoise Caribbean sea at our feet.
The locals call this spot the "meditation rock." We'll be able to find out why as we take in the views of the great barrier reef under the crystal-clear waters below. You're sure to be captivated by this unique view!
Afterward, we'll return to the starting point 5 to 6 hours after the beginning of the activity.
