The Žižkov TV Tower is 216 metres (708 ft.) high and the tallest building in Prague - a must-see for the best panoramic views of the Czech capital.
With this ticket to the Žižkov TV Tower, you'll visit the viewing platform which is located at a height of 93 metres (305 ft.), with an audio guide in English. You won't need to climb any stairs, as a panoramic lift will take you to this point in just a few seconds.
From the lookout point, you'll enjoy extraordinary panoramic views of Prague. On a clear day, one can see out up to 100 kilometres (62 miles) beyond the city.
In addition to the observation deck, the entrance fee includes access to the three other floors of the tower, also called capsules because of their shape. On the first floor, you'll see an exhibition on the World Federation of Great Towers. On the second level, there is a room with bubble chairs from which you can enjoy the view. The third level which we can visit houses temporary exhibitions dedicated to Czech artists.
The tower also has a panoramic restaurant where you can grab yourself a drink if you wish.
Operating Hours
The Žižkov TV Tower is open from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 11:30 pm. However, these opening hours are flexible and may be subject to change.
Please note that on the fourth Thursday of every month, the tower may have access restrictions due to weddings.
