Why Visit The Stained Glass Museum?
Situated right next to the Porto Cathedral, the Stained Glass Museum houses a famous exhibition dedicated to artworks of glass.

The exhibition recounts the history of stained glass windows whose lively colours have allowed for the telling of religious stories in churches, cathedrals and cloisters. These glassworks have also decorated town halls and other civil buildings, as well as particularly famous homes.
During the visit, you'll see a great collection of traditional stained-glass windows, decorative panels, abstract art facilities, original sketches and scale models. With glass being the main protagonist! You can't miss the great masterpiece of the exhibition either: the kaleidoscope made from 400 different coloured glass pieces.
The tour of the exhibition will end at the museum's café, where the adults will be able to enjoy a glass of Oporto Taylor's LBV wine.
